Taylor Mk2 770L: 770 Litre Bottle Recycling Bin, Galvanised Steel Shell, Internally seams welded. The comb lifting bar is manufactured from 2.0mm** thick galvanised steel and features 7 gussets for additional strength. DuraFlex High Dome Lid: Manufactured from high-grade UV-stabilised polyethene. With Duraflex High Dome Recycling Bush Lid, x 2  Apertures  560 mm diameter., Taylor 200mm Steel Centred castors, 2x Back / Rear swivel Castors, 2 x Foot operated braked castors are foot operated, Danish Side Handles for easy Manoeuvrability in confined bin storage areas.

• Galvanised Steel Body, hot-dipped galvanised steel along with fully internally welded seams, ensures robust protection in the harshest of environments and protects the container from internal corrosion due to residual waste being caught in exposed corners.

• The container can be powder-coated using polyester powder, which is baked and cured in a controlled oven process, providing a layer of protection against corrosion, scratches/chipping and fading, being one of the longest-lasting, superior paint finishes, and colour-durable quality available in 12 standard colours

• The Comb Bar is manufactured from a single piece of steel with welded end pieces and gussets.
• The top frame is a complete welded tube, not split or open-bend, with a diameter of 20mm. The use of the complete welded tube is very important here, as by using a complete tube, there are no holes or gaps in which waste can leak into the top frame itself when the container is lifted on emptying.
• The 2 Aperture Bottle Recycling Brush Lids are Rotary-moulded double-skin plastic with a minimum weight of 5.0 kilo manufactured in an aluminium mould for a superior finish, with 12 Standard Colour Options.

200 mm Standard castors, Rubber tyres, Needle roller bearings, Trailing brakes, Pressed hubs, 3.5mm top plate, Zinc and clear passivate, 1230 Kgs static load rating, 690 Kgs dynamic load rating.

All four castors are 200mm steel-centred wheels manufactured with needle bearings, grease and rubber optimised for performance steel-centred rubber-tyred swivel castors, two of which are fitted with trailing brakes (Brakes are press to lock, press to release) and bolted on for an easy replacement. Two-foot-operated, trailing braking wheels at the front with two swivel wheels at the back. (Not Welded On or Plastic Centred Castors)

The lids are up to 4 times lighter than metal lids, thereby considerably reducing the risk of accidents to waste operatives and members of the public
