The Mk2 770 Offers the highest standard product specification available on the UK market. The bin features 1.7mm* thick galvanised steel body, fully internally seam welded to prevent liquid ingress and rusting. The base features 2.0mm** thick galvanised steel, 20% more than the standard specification of other brands of bins, to prolong container life and avoid unwanted refurbishment costs.

DuraFlex lids are impervious to water and climatic influences. They are maintenance-free and fundamentally easier to replace when damaged.

The lightweight construction of DuraFlex lids, manufactured from high-grade UV-stabilised polyethylene, gives the same stability as heavier metal lids.
A rotomoulded DuraFlex lid can be bent or crushed several times and revert to its original shape.

Internally Welded Seams

Galvanised Steel Body, hot-dipped galvanised steel along with fully internally welded seams, ensures robust protection in the harshest of environments and protects the container from internal corrosion due to residual waste being caught in exposed corners.


Internally welded seams stop water penetration, preventing the corrosion that plagues less well-made metal waste containers. With full EN840 certification, they will give you exceptional lifetime value with limited downtime, unlike plastic and other alternative steel commercial trade waste bins.

Fully Internally welded seams prevent internal corrosion, whilst the hard-wearing galvanized steel body and base make for a durable, long-lasting container that delivers exceptional lifetime value when compared to plastic or alternative steel containers.

Heavy Duty 20mm Casters: Mainly used with bins fitted with heavy-duty base, suitable for dense waste materials (Food Waste) and also for loading waste compactors and bins fitted with external and Internal fork pockets.

Non-marking casters are mainly used by Airports and Hotel lobbies, Schools, Hospitals, Offices, and Shopping Centres, which have none, marking floor Vinyl, Epoxy, and Laminate Floor covering.

Towing containers are fully adapted and built with a heavy-duty reinforced base heavy-duty Power castors and a removable tow link system allowing up to 4 wheeled containers to be moved at a time subject to bin size and materials, ground conditions and material weights.

Heavy Duty Power Towing Castors 2 Swivel 2 Directional Lock is designed for towing up to 4 bins and also comes standard with heavy duty base, including bolt-on towing hitch and eye.

Bin Towing Containers provide a safe, practical answer to all towing requirements. Any container which is to be towed should be fitted with heavy-duty Power Towing castors or two swivel castors complete with directional locks, at one end of the container and no more than 4 containers are towed at any one time.
